Lisa Sieverts is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI), a global leader in the development of standards for the practice of project management. After working at Hewlett-Packard Company in the 1990s, she founded Facilitated Change, a consultancy focused on improving project success rates in organizations.
Lisa also created the Smart Sponsors program for senior leaders and project success. She teaches at the graduate level and is an experienced meeting facilitator and workshop leader. She holds an MBA from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA.
Liz Sumner is a change management consultant with E2 Culture and Facilitated Change. She earned her Master’s in Organizational Change from Antioch University in Seattle. She is formerly the executive director and community manager of Career Management Alliance, a division of Kennedy Information. She presented results of the Change Management Survey for Social Business sponsored by the Social Business Council at the 2011 E2 Conference in Boston. Along with her work as a facilitator and planning specialist, she is an ICF certified coach working with teams and individuals to make them more powerful and effective.
