Gathering Insights

If you had a chance to pick the brains of the team known for some of the world’s most outstanding customer service, what would you ask?

On Tuesday, April 5th, the Zappos van will pick me up at my Las Vegas hotel and take me on a tour of corporate headquarters. This is such a common occurrence that they have employees dedicated to working with visitors.

Then I get to dig deeper and spend dedicated time with the Zappos Insights team. I hope to share that conversation here.

I deeply admire how this organization has built their culture and I want to learn what they did and how to recreate it. What happens in Vegas will not stay there if I can help it.
